We’ve all thought about how cool it would be to be able to run Android Apps on your computer. Now, you can run them on your Windows PC or tablets with the help of BlueStacks.
BlueStacks is a startup and has unveiled an alpha version of its App Player, software that allows you to run Android apps on Windows PCs, tablets or desktops, without making changes to their OS. It is available for free download as an early test version. It comes pre-loaded with ten apps and supports an additional 26 on top of that.
BlueStack allows you to port third party apps directly from your device to your computer with their free Cloud Connect app. Some games like Angry Birds and Fruit Ninja are prohibited. These will be included as a paid version of the App Player, which will launch at a later date.
