Add Photos Directly To Your Tweets



Users will now find a button with a camera icon at the bottom left of the “What’s Happening?” box on Twitter. This will allow users to select an image to upload and preview before sending it in their tweet. The tweet will include a thumbnail along with a link to pic.twitter.com

This photo sharing service is powered by Photobucket and provides hosting for all of the hosting for user photos.

This new service by Twitter makes other photo sharing services like TwitPic useless. With Twitter competing with third-party services and receiving criticism, developers wonder if Twitter will start competing with their products.
